'Gresham' is a broad spreading ginkgo tree that was found at Gresham Union High School in Gresham, Oregon. 'Gresham' is a unique ginkgo with a spreading habit that often doesn't form a central leader or upright growth or downward growth. The spreading habit makes 'Gresham' standing out from other plants. 'Gresham' may reach 6-8ft in height by 15 ft wide in 15 years. Fall color is a bright golden yellow.
